What information do I need to bring to an appointment?

At your initial appointment with Woman to Woman Health Center, please bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card. We currently accept Healthy Texas Woman, Traditional Medicaid, and offer affordable patient self-pay. Also, we encourage you to write down questions you wish to address with your provider, and bring those with you.
