Well-Woman Exams
A Well Woman Exam is a proactive way for women of all ages to enjoy good health! Partnering with your medical provider for your yearly exam is designed to encompass the routine pap smear and breast exam and provide a complete health update.
Our professional and friendly staff is instructed to reserve ample time needed for your Well Woman Exam to cover the following:
- Thorough physical exam to include a pap smear and breast examination

Pregnancy Verification
Woman to Woman offers lab quality urine pregnancy testing for insurance and Medicaid verification. Pregnancy viability is confirmed via ultrasound. Pregnancy Care
Woman to Woman will evaluate all newly pregnant women as well as pregnant patients who have not yet established prenatal care, regardless of gestational age. Services provided are limited and depend on the patient’s gestational age and Medicaid coverage. Ongoing prenatal care is not provided. Therefore, we work with our patients to have a healthy start in their pregnancy and find their best provider for labor and delivery services. Referrals are made to area Obstetric practices and clinics, along with birthing centers, for labor and delivery.
Contraception
There are many options when determining the best mode of contraceptive management for your lifestyle. Possible options include barrier birth control and hormonal birth control, including LARCs (long-acting reversible contraception). Expert staff at Woman to Woman discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and preferences to determine which type of contraception is right for you. We also complete a physical exam and review the pros and cons of each type of contraception.

STI/STD Screening
Woman to Woman Health Center provides a confidential, judgement-free environment for women to be screened for the most common and prevalent sexually transmitted infections and diseases. Many STI/STDs can be asymptomatic, and early detection is important for effective treatment and management. Post-Abortion Exam
Woman to Woman Health Center does not perform abortions; however, we believe your care and well-being is very important, and it is imperative every woman has a check-up after any abortion procedure to ensure you are experiencing a healthy recovery. Adolescent Gynecology & Counseling
The first gynecological exam can be intimidating for young women. Woman to Woman Health Center desires to provide a comfortable experience for a young woman that will encourage her to have a trusting relationship with her healthcare provider and build upon that relationship for future visits. Preventive health and guidance, including HPV prevention, contraception education and medical support is provided.
Ultrasound
Sonography, or ultrasound, is a non-invasive diagnostic imaging tool that generates images of your internal organs using sound wave technology. Sonography is a safe and painless imaging test.
Our trained professionals at Woman to Woman Health Center use ultrasound to:

· Visualize pregnancy location
· Determine if you are having more than one baby
· Assess the growth and positioning of your baby
· Evaluate your uterus and placenta
· Perform Diagnostic Ultrasound for pregnancy complications, such as an ectopic pregnancy

Telemedicine
Our top priority at Woman to Woman Health Center is the health and safety of our patients, our staff and the communities we all share.
We have an alternative appointment option we can offer to our patients. Instead of an in-office appointment for the provider to address your concern, we are now scheduling virtual visits where the provider will connect with you through audio and video on your computer or smart device, like a smartphone or tablet.
